Maybe Brownies
1 (19 oz) can black
beans, drained and thoroughly rinsed
1/2 cup oat flour
1 cup sugar or honey
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 pinch salt
2 eggs
1 ripe banana or 1/4
cup applesauce
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp instant coffee
(optional)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tablespoons ground
flax seed
6 tablespoons water
or cup of coconut or almond milk
1 cup chickpea flour
1/2 teaspoon
peppermint extract, optional
2 cups raw spinach

Cook 350 for 35 min
